Featuring student ensembles from the Region 15 School District, and members of Cuatro Puntos. 


   In 2014, Cuatro Puntos helped fund and oversee the beginning of a music program at the AFCECO orphanage for girls in Kabul, Afghanistan. By hiring a student teacher from the Afghanistan National Institute of Music (ANIM,) Cuatro Puntos is working to assist ANIM in its mission of assuring musical rights in this war-torn country. 13 girls are currently taking lessons and participating in group music class at the orphanage. 


   The purpose of this benefit concert is to expand the scope of the project at the AFCECO orphanage, as well as begin another project at a different orphanage. Money raised will be used to purchase instruments, supplies, and provide salaries to support the ambitious ANIM student-teachers who are central to this project.
