We are keeping it local as we premiere a new string quintet written for us by Hartford composer David Macbride*, which is based on themes from around Hartford! The Downtown Singers from Cuatro Puntos' Music Moves Hartford program will also perform, live on November 2 in Hartford and by video on November 3 in Glastonbury.
*special note: We are sad to report that composer David Macbride passed away in September just a few days after finishing this composition. "Coming Home" is now his final composition, and this program will be in memory of the many years he dedicated to the Greater Hartford community.
